Project Overview

The Tainan E5 Parking Facility is an eight-story building with one basement level, located next to the former Tainan Cultural Center parking lot. It aims to alleviate parking shortages while integrating a ground-floor exhibition center as an extension of the cultural hub. The basement is designated for motorcycle parking, while levels two through eight, including the rooftop, serve as car parking. The design features a high-ceilinged ground floor, an external escape staircase for accessibility, and cantilevered green terraces that create a vertical forest.
