Project Overview

The Lian Hong Residence is located in Linkou District, New Taipei City. It is a standalone building with 10 floors above ground and three floors below ground. There are two elevators serving six units per floor. The first floor is equipped with public facilities, including a recreation room, a lobby, restrooms, a library, and a conference room. It is surrounded by a green park on all four sides. The rooftop features a barbecue area and a landscaped garden, providing a pleasant environment for future residents to enjoy a balanced lifestyle.
