Project Overview
Situated in the suburbs of Ho Chi Minh City, this project targets Vietnam’s emerging demographic of young, highly educated professionals by leveraging its strategic connection to the Hanoi Highway.
The development—comprising three residential towers and one office tower—utilizes a parametric model to maximize views and optimize spatial distribution. By implementing generative design during the massing phase, the project employs algorithmic logic to determine the ideal positioning, geometry, and proximity of each tower, ensuring a data-driven approach to both density and livability.
