Water Cave-Fluid Space Study

Project Overview

The project is an investigation of shape finding in the nature. The proposal is to create cave-like space with continuity for a commercial bath in the downtown area of Shanghai. Through the study of sound wave, forms are found to fulfill different functions. The rugged space combined with water, islands and ponds are the biggest features of the building, in an attempt to provide a harmonious and organic experience for customers.
